Our responsible pricing model

How it works

Assemble participates in a government-backed initiative that enables us to offer quality rental homes at a significantly reduced rate.

Our responsible pricing model means eligible households pay reduced rent at Swift Walk.

For qualified renters, the rent is set at a rate that is, at a minimum, 25% lower than the market rent for the same home.

For qualified renters, the rent is set at a rate that is, at a minimum, 25% lower than the market rent for the same home.

We carefully match families and households to homes that suit their size and circumstances.

Our goal is simple:reduce rental stress by giving familiesgenuine access to well-designed, secure, andprofessionally managed homes that reflect what they can actually afford.

For families in particular, we know that stability matters as much as affordability.

That’s why we offer longer-term lease options, giving households the kind of security that lets you enrol kids in a local school, put down roots in a neighbourhood, and plan your life with confidence rather than counting down to your next lease renewal.

Residents can expect safe, secure, and conveniently located homes in a vibrant neighbourhood, thoughtfully designed for families, housemates, key workers, and those who’ve found it increasingly difficult to secure a foothold in the private rental market.

Offering reduced rents on quality, inner-city homes is an investment in the kind of neighbourhood where families can genuinely thrive.

Diverse, connected communities are built when people from all walks of life can afford to live in them. That’s exactly what we’re building at Swift Walk, Kensington.
